Megan Filoramo is a nurse practitioner with two decades of experience in the field of pain management. As a member of the Altair Health team, she serves patients at Morristown Medical Center and is a member of the Master Faculty at the American Society of Pain Management Nurses (ASPMN).
Recognized as an Advanced Practice Pain Management Nurse by ASPMN and certified as a nurse coach by the International Nurse Coach Association, Megan plays an active role in helping patients reduce their pain and educating pain management providers. She is dedicated to empowering patients and nurses to take an active role in setting and achieving personal goals.
Megan’s work has been published in the Journal of Pain Management Nursing – and she speaks regularly at national conferences for the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and ASPMN.
Megan received her Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from Rutgers University and graduated magna cum laude with her undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University. She is completing her certification as an Advanced Practice Holistic Nurse.
